Rice Colon Cleanse
Eastern diets and methods of colon cleanse can seem rather shocking to some Europeans. What would you say if you were asked to swallow a several meters of cloth for medical bandage and then to pull it out of your stomach to cleanse it? I’m sure that even a thought of it seems disgusting and frightening to you and am with you here. But the diets the Chinese medicine offers for colon cleanse deserve more attention, as some of them are really effective. Today I want to say a few words about a famous rice colon cleanse.

Rice is the main food of most eastern people, but they use it not only to nourish their body, but also to cleanse it. Take 7 glass jars and stick sheets of paper with numbers from 1 to 7 to them. Take jar number 1, fill it with cold boiled water and add 2-3 spoonfuls of rice. Leave for 24 hours, then change the water in jar №1 and add water and rice to jar№3, on the third day change the water in jars №1, 2 and add water to jar №3, etc. On the 7th day take the rice from the first jar, put it in hot or boiling water for 10-15 minutes and eat it. It will be your breakfast; don’t eat anything before it and an hour after it. In an hour you can have a glass of herbal tea and some light food. Rice cooked this way serves as a sponge to our body and soaks up all harmful bacteria and other substances.
This diet requires some patience and will power, but it’s worth it, as you’ll feel revived and light after these 7 days.
